Yaron Seidman translates while Feng Zhiqiang demonstrates "Lazy about
Tying Coat" in Helsinki, Finland 2000 Workshop.
Greetings Taiji Enthusiast,
It has been a great year of fun and successful Taiji workshops, but the best
is yet to come.
Saturday June 30 -- Bentonville, Arkansas
Mr. Yaron Seidman
Chen Style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan 24 Form
Mr. Seidman will review, correct and refine the entire 24 Form.
If you have never learned this form, this will be a good overview.
For those who were unfortunate enough to miss a workshop or two this year as
we went through the form, this will be a chance to fill in the gaps.
And of course, if you were able to attend all this year's workshops,
you know what a great opportunity this is to fine tune your form.
Sunday July 1 -- Bentonville, Arkansas
Master
"Joseph" Chen Zhonghua with Yaron Seidman
Essentials for Improving Your Taijiquan
Master Chen will address 1) general physical requirements for Taijiquan; 2)
How to correct the form; and 3) Principles of push-hands as it relates to
the 24-form instruction.
If you have never had a chance to take a seminar from Master Chen, you have
missed a real treat. This is your chance.
As if that wasn't enough. This is a double header. On the
following weekend Master Chen and Mr. Seidman will be in nearby Tulsa, OK.

Attending both weekends?
What to do in-between? Northeast Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas and
southern Missouri have long been favorite vacation destinations.
There are ancient mountains (Ozarks), forests, parks, rivers and lakes.
If that sounds too rustic, Branson, MO was second only to Las Vegas last
year in numbers of visitors. Eureka Springs, AR is a Victorian town
whose healthful spring waters have been popular since the nineteenth
century. Tulsa, OK is perhaps one of the best kept secrets in the country.
This is a chance for some quiet solitude, a romantic getaway or a family
vacation fun.
Here are a few websites to get you started.

If you were to unable attend Yaron's last workshop, let me strongly suggest that you make this one a priority. Yaron is a superb teacher and everyone that attended retained the form very well, and increased their understanding of Taiji in general. It is a real treat to study with this student of the living legend, Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang.
Grandmaster Feng is one of the last living Taiji Masters. His
skill level is the kind that you hear stories about and wonder at.
Yaron often spends several weeks visiting with Grandmaster Feng, who has
taken a special interest in Yaron. What makes this such a valuable
experience to you is the depth and clarity with which Yaron understands and is
able to express details of the form, philosphy, energy, health aspects, and so
on. At the end of the workshop, I felt very confident in what I had
learned, as did other attendees.
In addition, I have studied other Chen forms, Taiji styles, qigong and
martial arts. Although Yaron taught Master Feng's teaching system of
Chen style Taiji Quan, I learned volumes about martial arts, qigong,
health maintenance and Chen style Taiji in particular. I had
questions clarified that I had wondered about for years. Regardless of your
background and direction of study, I am certain you will benefit from
this workshop.
We are fortunate to have such a great teacher available to us.

If you'd like to know more about Feng Zhiqiang visit Yaron's Shifu Chen
Zhonghua's website dedicated to Master Feng.
