Preparation of teas: Pour boiling water into a cup. Soak the tea bag in hot water for 2 minutes before drinking. These teas are for general health and do not substitute a visit to a physician or an herbologist. We sell specialty traditional Chinese health teas, which have been used in China for thousands of years. All teas are prepared in tea bags by experienced traditional Chinese herbologists. Each box contains 10 tea bags.

| Q | How do I prepare the tea? |
| A | Place the tea bag in your cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Let the tea bag soak for 2 minutes before drinking. Please add honey for sweet taste. |

| A | That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. | A | Tai Chi Teas are all natural. We add no color or sweeteners to the teas. Some of the teas contain a small amount of Jasmin tea for added flavor. All teas are hand milled and composed by a certified herbologist. |

| A | Most of "Tai Chi Teas" shelf life is three to four months. However "Fertility Teas" have only four weeks shelf life. These teas are being prepared after you placed your order, and should be consumed within the following month. |
